Donnie & Scott
Hello!
We are Donnie and Scott from Cleveland, Ohio. We met in 2014 on a rainy day in June and have been inseparable ever since. We love to kayak, hike, and go on walks with our dog, Ollie. From a very early time in our relationship, we knew that what we wanted more than anything was to be dads. Thankfully we have been lucky enough to make that dream a reality and hope to be so lucky a second time.
Our daughter has all the makings of a great big sister, and we cannot wait for her to share all her love and silly adventures. She is incredibly strong, brave, and absolutely hilarious. As a family, we spend as much time as we can exploring the great outdoors. Rain or shine, we are out there every day playing on playgrounds, walking in the Metroparks, or just enjoying the sunshine. When we can’t be outside, we love taking our daughter to story time at all of our local libraries, or as we call it, “Dance Class” where she can run around and express herself however she likes. We are so excited at the thought of adding another little one to this wild bunch.
We thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about our family. Having the courage and wisdom to choose adoption gives hope to adoptive parents like ourselves. We know that this is a monumental choice for you and want to reassure you that, though we could never understand how truly hard this decision must be, we hope it is easier knowing that your child will be loved and taken care of by a family who has dreamed of this gift for so long. We promise that they will be raised in a home full of love, understanding, strong family and friends, and plentiful opportunities to grow.
